Your most random connection!

I've only had a random Connection with someone else with a Tama on one occasion. It was just a couple of weeks ago when I was taking care of two young kids. The girl had a Tamagotchi Connection V4.5, and we connected it with my three Tamas. :)

Other then that I've not connected Tamagotchis with anyone. I'm sure others have had many random connections IRL. Hope to hear your experiences!

I told this story in the thread on TSS that was like this, and it's still my most random Connection:

In the store one day, my Tamagotchi beeped and I started playing with it. A little girl with a Tamagotchi around her neck opened her eyes all big and asked if that was a Tamagotchi. We connected our Tamas there in the store while her parents were shopping. Then she went to the car and got her other Tama and we connected those ones too. It was fun!

I don't actually know anyone with tamas, so I've only ever connected with another one of my own tamas. I have tried to get my brothers interested in tamas but have failed at that so far.

A couple of my friends had tama's back in 2004 then the V1's were out so for christmas i bought them one each and we connected alot that day. they ended up giving me them a few months later when they lost interest in them.

Thank you for reviving this topic, Doug. It's brought me to share an experience of mine now. Since Amy (Roxanne) has gotten interested in Tamagotchi's, we connect from time to time. I guess you could consider it random when we pull out our Tams during class time and connect them up. :) It's fun! We make sure not too many people are around!

hmm, when i went to italy with my class in 2005 (or 06?) my friend and i spotted v2s (plus! not connection) in a toy shop @ rome's airport. we totally bought one each even though they were probably overpriced from a) being sold in an airport toy shop and b) .. euros. we spent a loooot of the flight from rome to toronto connection :D! i'd named the baby girl roma.

That is so cool! Just the idea of buying a Tama from a different place in the world, not to mention a place that has a different line of Tamas, is so nice.
